Setting for AAF Violate and RSE II (CSA)

Looking at both mods, both offer similiar if not the same thing, but AAF Violate is needed for Human Resource, which I am using,

But CSA seem to have far more features.

Seems like both can work at the same time, but I need some help on how to get both mod to work perfectly, by that, I mean the config. Anyone care to share theirs?
