Whenever I try to start an animation with a monster, the monster would just stand still and do it's idle animations, The humans would still do their thing, and I've tested it other other NPCs and their animations are fine, it's just monsters that really end up standing still, it extends to animals too.

I've tried looking it up, and I don't see any reason why it would happen. Ran FNIS, hit it with the skeletal arm fix, animals aren't like default posing or anything. I've hit a wall and it's driving me nuts.
I've attached the load order in case you guys need it.

5. make sure you have "Allow Creature Animation" checked in SexLab's MCM settings.

6. turn off "Match Creature Gender" in sexlab's MCM settings, if this setting is enabled some animations won't play.

7. did you forget to install the FNIS Creature Pack? install it and rerun the GenerateFNISforUsers.exe, then do steps 5 & 8
NOTE: if you do have the Creature Pack but some creatures are just playing idle animations during sex or not moving try clicking on "De-Install Creatures" in FNIS, after it's done running click on "Update FNIS Behavior"
(doing this will delete all the creature behavior files generated by FNIS and remake new ones...that is assuming you DO have the FNIS Creature Pack installed)

8. you may need to reload the animations, go to the Animation Loader's MCM and then:
8.1. click on the "Disable All" button.
8.2. click on "Rebuild Animation Registry", then Wait for the message to pop up*.
8.3. click on "Reload JSON".
8.4. click on "Enable All".
8.5. click on "Count Animations" and make sure nothing is over 1000, turn off some animations if they are.
8.6. click on "Register Animations", then Wait for the message to pop up*.
*if you like you can press "~" on your keyboard to open the console so you can watch it Register everything, just make sure you close it before you try to click on anything.

I actually don't have Animation Loader in MCM, I have SL Anim Loader but it just has the logo and nothing else.

I also have FNIS Creature Pack installed and allow creature animation is on, and creature gender is off.

Do you need the FNIS log? I attached it just in case.

"ERROR(76): Could not find a part of the path DebugData.txt":
a Win10 update (or antivirus software) has forcibly turned on real time protection and it's stopping FNIS from generating/updating files.
you need to disable real time protection before running FNIS,
or
add GenerateFNIS_for_Users.exe to the exclusions list (also you should probably add skse_loader.exe and TESV.exe as well)

you need to disable

13670 animations for 51 mods successfully included (character).
ChAnims: 13670  CTD:113.6%  pOpt:32.5%  max: 12029  LC: 29732 (max. 26162)

>>Warning: Too many custom animations. Your Skyrim is likely to crash (CTD, crash to desktop)<<
You can increase your animation number DRASTICALLY with these tools:
Animation Limit Crash Fix (Skyrim SE and LE), SSE Engine Fixes (Skyrim SE only)
Since FNIS cannot know if such mod is installed, it will still warn you at the original limit.
But when such tool is used, load calculation can be switched off (FNIS.ini: "LoadCTDCalculation=0")
5550 animations for 15 mods and 45 creatures successfully included..
 2 Warning(s).

Reckon, I'm that means it's working? I got the XXL on too, but does that I mean I need to disable all the anti-viruses everytime?

Also reinstalled JContainers, still no dice on that SL Anim Loader settings tho.

Update: That seemed to give it the fix it needed, but there's a bit of T posing before that, but I'm not gonna bitch about that.

There's always some T-posing as SexLabs aligns things (and aligns, and aligns, and aligns...)

Also if you also have Dynamic Animation Replacer, then you'll kind-of-T-pose during game start - some animations (facial expressions, head turning) seem to load MUCH earlier on my game than others (like humanoid standing idles).
