It would be triggered remotely and could be reverse pickpocketed/given to followers or the player. A possible trigger besides a remote would be maximum arousal or just before cum.

I don't know anyone, but you can use some softwares like a pex compiler and TESV Edit to modify the Iron Slave Collar of Leashing, its not hard at all Edited January 1, 2022 by Gabriel Alone
ataxis Posted November 23, 2022 Author Posted November 23, 2022 Bumping this. Would it be possible for someone to expand/work on this so that decapitating someone can keep their body alive in the same state for a few minutes before dying?
