Male Nipples

Anyone know where you can get nipples for men. Pretty sure Lummia used to have one but I can't find it anymore. It wasn't an accessory but a skin detail one that had different sizes. UntraditionalNerd used to have nipple colouring but he is inactive and his download page no longer works.
