Can't Upload - SOLVED

Hello!

 

So I was trying to upload a Fallout 4 mod to the site, but the Upload (Submit a file) section only allows for me to select Starbound and Rimworld.

 

Is there some limitations to new members for posting files, which does not apply to Starbound and Rimworld?

EDIT:

Apparently it was due to being "too fresh". Sorry about this, I did try to look up, and I did find that profile pic change requirement was having a few posts etc. but didn't see anything relating to files. Well whatever, it's solved now. xP
