With my superior detective skills i may assume its something like a Matchmaker mod where the targeted actors do the deed in a loop once there arousal hits the mark.

The arrow just raises the arousal of the target  surrounding actors.

What happens depends on the mods installed, like aroused rape, sexlife, etc.

It becomes interesting, if you hit a hostile NPC in a bandit camp.

If one has no mods installed which make use of arousal, then just nothing happens.

The base settings of SLA for arousal should not be 0. Otherwise it might take a while.

Default settings work ok, even what lower settings.

The arousal gain is forwarded directly to SLA, check on a friendly NPC with "N" how fast it goes up.

Then you should have an idea concering proper settings in SLA.

Working on an update, if it is functional, more fun with animals.

So, only arousal is raised over time, nothing else.

To start the mod in Skyrim special edition, what should I do ? Should I kill somebody or hit somebody? But, how can I hit somebody? with fist ? or with knife?

I don't understand the words " hit NPC" or "better 2" ? Then what? I become god of love? Can you be a little bit detail?

It,s a bow.  

AddItemMenu, take bow and the zero damage arrows.

The bow makes zero damage with this arrows, actually, the NPC says thank you, if you hit them.

Hm, I should include a crafting receipt.

Shot a deer or giant or whatever makes them neutral and raises arousal.

You need to have mods installed which can make use of the arousal, like aroused creatures, sexlife, aroused rape etc.,

I don't quite understand what the mod is exactly, a spell like MassMatchMaker or Random or dialog sex? I can't really tell from the description.

A bow, arrows.

Shooting hostile creatures, bandits, troll, draugh etc., makes them non hostile and also increase their exposure rate.

If you or a follower is aroused enough and the mod aroused creatures or aroused rape or others which can initiate sex and have an an proper setting,

they will rape you or your followers.

Deer, prey, will not run away, same as with hostile mentioned, they might rape you.

 

A spell, area, same as above.

 

A dummy sword, invisible, your use your fist like fisting.
