[Solved] Can't access map and compass huds are not showing up on SSE (moded)

Really don't know what went wrong suddenly after opening the game today I can't access the map, I press 'm' to access the map but it just flashes for a sec and switches back to the game. Simultaneously there's no compass hud in the game. It's really hard to play the game like this and also, it took me few days to mod the game without crashing it(new to this game), so posting out of desperation to fix this minor issue and keep all the mods.Can anyone help me out on this please?

Read, read my brother. This is a feature from a mod you and you alone choose to install. The descriptions are there for something, not just to fill the blank space on the download page.

 

I think there is a MCM setting to disable that feature.

I checked the mcm menus but not thoroughly, now that I've checked it properly,
turns out all this bs, was due to 'Sexlab Survival' trying to make my life hard.
Thanks brother, people have told me to completely reinstall everything on reddit, I am glad I decided not to.
