The Throwdown Weather and Time Pack

Mod Completion: 8/30-8/31

 

Known Glitches in most files. Some "push back guys" or whoever they are, are missing. Let me know if some of these files are repeating. Some look the same until I noticed that the contrast on characters, shadows, brightness and lighting are different.

Put all in game environments and Time of Day, that I could find into The Throwdown. >Drop stage(s) in Layer2 and press F to activate, in stage select under "The Throwdown"< Don't know how to be any clearer than that......
