Is anyone working on a fully animated schlong mod?

Why has there not been an animated schlong mod yet, Before someone points out 'Penis Envy,' I would like to specify a FULLY animated schlong. 

Is it simply harder to make a mod like this in fo4?

This is actually already done.

 

Animated schlongs are possible using the ZeX skeleton and the BT body.

 

However, those mods came out after many animations were already made. So, those don't include animation data for the schlong.

 

New animations are needed that use the ZeX rig for this animation. Someone could even re-do the base vanilla animations like walking, etc. so that the schlong is animated outside of AAF animations.

Animations in Sex Scenes. It can be animated to go erect I guess on command, but applying specific animations to an actor and all that fun stuff is 

A. out of my range of abilities (Scripting and actual animating)
B. Out of my range of time.
