I am assuming you have eliminated the obvious things (like running headlong into a pack of Sea raiders and just hack away), so I have not heard of that kind of issue with this mod.   This mod has been static (along with the game) for a while now, so not even sure where to direct you next.   What mods do you have running besides dickplomancy?

I mostly play Prophecy of Pendor and Viking Conquest.

 

edit: I started a new campaign and have no such issues so far. Perhaps some option I do not use now is broken or my save was corrupted and game thought my health total was less than shown.

I am continuously to run into 2 bugs, the 1st being peasant woman are invincible except for kicks, and the other being that when they die the game immediately crashes. I am on mac if that means anything.

The technical answer is "Yes", as the mod has several custom made armor such as "Angel" "Assassin" and one other that I don't remember.   All are designed to be "sexy" and not very practical but...hey its a game so what.

fresh install of this mod keeps crashing for me with RGL error "unrecognized resource type", wondering if this is connected to the steam update or whether im being an idiot somehow?

 

Edit: For Convencience and possible future search references, my game was broken. verifying file integrity on steam fixed it, the mod works fine. it crashed on all mods that changed textures I would guess.

I seem to be having the same problem, already verified the files on steam and tried reinstalling the game. It still showed the "RGL error unrecognized resource type" is there anyway to fix this?

I was under the impression that banging some people like nobles required a persuasion check, but you seem able to just do it to any one? Was that removed?

Sharing the joy. Dickplomacy Reloaded with AlisaBody textures, ripped from PoPfA over in Nexus. We're all pirates here.

Should be plug and play, standalone DicR module wholesale.

 

ADD: How playable is Dickplomacy Enhanced? Might give it a try if it's good, and toss up a AlisaBody-version of it on the mod's thread if so.

Decapitation feature in Main Mod Settings, tendency to instakill you on a "behead" proc, ignoring all armour and HP for a cheapshot 1HKO. Turn it off.

 

Vorpal Thrown Rock goes snicker-snack on the knight otherwise.

Hello, I know this mod not supported anymore but maybe somebody will help. Recently checked my files and found Floris mod that I downloaded four years ago and forgot about it, installed M&B again, tried it, liked mod and decided to see if Loverslab has mods for M&B.
Found Dickplomacy, launched it, and here is a problem, when fight starts, everything stumbling a little, like constant small freezes. Thought it's framerate, turned it on in settings, but when started fight again game showed stable 40-45 frames.
Turning graphics settings on low didn't help too, and also I never had any problems with basic game or Floris mod.
Is anyone had the same problem? What game version is needed for this mod?

Try dickplomacy alone and/or floris alone, then see if you have the same issue. If not, there is a chance you cannot use these mods together.

Thank You for answering, I already found the problem, I had old game version compatible with Floris, installed 1.174 and everything working.

Small found bug in Your version, sometimes after loading these warnings appear:

Couldn't load "Textures/1body_normalmap.dds"
Couldn't load "Textures/1man_body8.dds"

After closing them game keeps working without problems.

Thanks for the alert. Inserted missing textures.

 

Let me know if anything else is missing. (Excluding the custom armours, those are an endemic problem to Dickplomacy.)

My biggest issue with this mod is it crashes so often, especially with a old save. Going into town? Crash. Going to talk to someone? Crash. Run into bandits? Crash.

While i haven't recently played this mod, i never had that issue which makes me think maybe incompatibilies stemming from save being loaded on newer/modded version? Constant ctd is something i have encountered in other games/mods and it is a huge pain.

If anyone has the same issue and dislikes Dickplomacys campaing map, the problem is "World Map HD 1.2" that's included in the pack.
I'm attaching vanilla world map textures, just extract them into Modules>Dickplomacy>Textures.

Is there a way to make it so that the NPC refuses the player if charisma is not high enough? I remembered this being a feature of the original mod.

I have a problem with the custom troop tree: No matter the tier, level, attributes, ect. i cannot raise the proficiency stats above 60. Did that happen to anybody else?
