¿specific body mesh for unique npcs?

I mean i know there are mods such as Everybodys Different but i want to generate my own meshes and use them on some particular npcs, not by random.

 

Bijin mods only allows to use meshes for a whole group of npcs, and it doesnt even cover all of them.

 

¿is there a mod for that? or at least an easy way to achieve that...
