DRAG THE WHOLE "NudeFemCiv" FOLDER ANYWHERE INSIDE PAKS TO INSTALL THIS MOD

but How do i get into paks??

Steam only (idk about Epic)

1. Click the Gear button on the right when your on the play menu on steam

2.click Browse local files

3. You should click Ravage File next and then content and finally insert your mods into the paks files

"...\Halloween\Ravage\Content\Paks\"
