Adds DLSS 5 support for Heroine Rumble 2

Install
-------
Copy everything in this folder into the game folder (the one that contains
"Heroine Rumble 2.exe"), so that you end up with:
  Heroine Rumble 2.exe
  opengl32.dll         <- ReShade 6.8 (add-on build), loads the bridge
  ReShade.ini
  ReShadePreset.ini
  DLSS5\dlss5-opengl-bridge.addon64
  DLSS5\dlss5-opengl-bridge.cfg
  DLSS5\nvngx_dlss.dll
  DLSS5\nvngx_dlssnr.dll
Uninstall
---------
Delete opengl32.dll, ReShade.ini, ReShadePreset.ini and the DLSS5 folder.
Keys (while the game window is focused)

  Insert      neural pass on / off (A/B) This turns DLSS on and off
  Delete      cycle the model preset 0-3 Never mess with this
  End       cycle the style 0-2     There are 3 presets to choose from, base, natural and cinematic
  Page Up / Down  intensity + / -

  . / ,      skin structure + / -  (below 0 = automatic)
