Dislike Oral – Simple Reactive Buff Mod for The Sims 4
A lightweight mod that adds reactive proximity and aftermath reactions when a Sim dislikes oral.

Note about the vomit effect
you asked for a vomit reaction. I did try to implement it, but the trigger kept failing on me. After fighting with it for a while I got properly annoyed and decided to leave it out of this release rather than ship something unreliable. It may return in a future update once I have a more solid method.
What’s coming next
I’m putting the individual “dislike” mods on hold. Instead of updating Dislike Anal separately, I’m combining everything into one bigger reactive sex mod. Expected release window: Friday at the earliest, Monday at the latest.
The bigger mod is planned to include:
- Penis size variants (big / average / small / micro) + possible support for Noir’s new horse penis rig
- Traits for both male and female Sims (Size Queen, Innocent, Modest, maybe Prude, plus whatever else fits while I’m building it)
- Dislike Oral + Dislike Anal rolled in
- Proximity + aftermath buffs & notifications
- Relationship bits
- Social interactions
The goal is proper reactive sex behaviour instead of a bunch of tiny standalone mods.
I’m also still planning an alien infection-style mod (inject → pass out → wake up with the Strangerville infected state, similar energy to Nisa’s Black Widow trait). That might go into the big mod or come out as its own thing.
Further down the line I want to do a proper nudity expansion because WickedWhims’ default nudity system is way too bland for my taste.
