Fallout 4 Body Manager is a desktop tool that brings all body and physics management for Fallout 4 into one unified interface.
With multiple body frameworks (CBBE, Fusion Girl, True Wasteland Body, JaneBod) and physics engines (CBP, OCBP, OCBPC, MTM 3BBB), configuring your character's body and physics is a mess of BodySlide, config files, and guesswork. This tool gives you full control — switch bodies, adjust physics, check compatibility, and manage outfits from one clean interface.
WHAT IT DOES
🧬 BODY MANAGER
• Switch between CBBE, Fusion Girl, True Wasteland Body, JaneBod, and Vanilla
• Visual sliders for breast size, shape, cleavage, waist, hips, butt, thighs, muscle
• Save and load body presets
• Quick body switching without restarting game
💫 PHYSICS ENGINE
• Switch between CBP, OCBP, OCBPC, MTM 3BBB, and CJIGGLE
• Adjust bounce amplitude, speed, stiffness, damping
• Belly, butt, and thigh physics sliders
• Preset physics configurations: Natural Realistic, Soft Bouncy, Firm Athletic, MTM Default, Heavy Mass, Zero Bounce
• Performance impact indicators (CPU, GPU, Memory)
🔧 COMPATIBILITY CHECKER
• Detects installed body frameworks and physics engines
• Checks for required dependencies (ZeX Skeleton, F4SE, LooksMenu, BodySlide, Unique Player)
• Identifies conflicts and recommends fixes
• Shows version status (Installed / OK / Missing)
👗 OUTFIT MANAGER
• Scans installed outfit mods (391+ outfits detected)
• Shows body type compatibility for each mod
• Batch Build via BodySlide
• Build Selected or Batch Build All
• Convert outfits to different body types (e.g., Convert → FG)
• Open directly in BodySlide
