About This File
What Is Added Flavors?
Added Flavors is a conversation expansion for X-Change Life designed to make the bar girls feel more distinct, less repetitive, and more aware of the player. The mod expands Chat → Ask about her with a much larger pool of personality-based conversations. When Added Flavors activates, you are normally given two eligible questions to choose from. After the bar girl answers, you get three possible responses. There is no universal “good / neutral / bad” answer. Each personality reacts differently, so a response that works well with one bar girl may fall completely flat with another.
The mod currently supports all seven main bar-girl personality types:
· Bimbo
· Feminine
· Nerdy
· Sporty
· Rich
· Bitch
· Slut
Main Conversation Pool
The male-player conversation pool currently contains 30 questions.
Questions 1–20 focus on more general topics such as hobbies, relationships, music, movies, money, jealousy, attraction, personality, and dating.
Questions 21–26 are more personal and intimate. These only become available once the current bar girl reaches Attraction 5+.
Some of these more personal responses can also trigger a Charm check. These use X-Change Life’s normal d20 system, meaning a confident or flirtatious answer may work very well if you succeed, but completely fall apart if you fail. Questions 27–30 are deeper post-sex conversations and only become available after you have slept with that specific bar girl.
Female-Player Conversations
Added Flavors also includes a separate female-player conversation pool with 10 additional questions.
These focus more on personal topics, girl talk, appearance, relationships, X-Change, and how the bar girl sees the player after learning about their transformation. Some of the more personal questions only become available once that specific bar girl knows about the player’s X-Change identity.
Context-Aware Conversations
Added Flavors also includes conversations that react to things that have actually happened in the game. Bar girls may bring up your relationship, a failed pickup line, or your reputation after sleeping with multiple girls. Some of these conversations are initiated by the bar girl herself, and certain responses can trigger Charm checks. These conversations are tracked per bar girl so one-time situations do not keep repeating.
Relationship Effects
Your choices can affect Attraction, Friendship, Respect, and occasionally the game’s native Dominant/Submissive relationship value.
Reactions depend on personality, so the same answer may work well with one bar girl and badly with another.
Refusals and Charm Checks
Questions 1–20 normally have a 10% refusal chance, while Questions 21–26 have a 30% refusal chance.
Some more personal responses can trigger a native Charm check. Success can improve the outcome, while failure may cause the bar girl to shut the conversation down.
Questions 27–30 are always answered once unlocked.
How Often Does It Appear?
By default, Added Flavors has a 30% chance to appear when using Ask about her, while the remaining 70% uses the normal vanilla conversation.
This can be changed in Added Flavors Settings to 10%, 30%, 50%, or 100%.
Conversation Memory
Added Flavors remembers completed conversations separately for each bar girl, helping prevent the same questions from constantly repeating.
Context-specific one-time conversations also have their own completion tracking.
Vanilla Compatibility
Added Flavors is designed to work alongside the existing game rather than replace it.
Discuss Mutual Interests remains untouched, while the mod continues using X-Change Life’s native relationship, sex-history, Charm-check, and other existing systems.
The Goal
Added Flavors is not intended to completely overhaul X-Change Life’s relationship system.
The goal is to add exactly what the name suggests: more flavor. More conversations, stronger personality differences, more continuity, more reactions to the player’s history, and a little more RPG-style interaction through choices and Charm checks. Ideally, the bar girls should feel a little less like repeating dialogue trees and a little more like characters who actually remember what has happened between you.
Alexia and Stepdad Expansion
- Adds over 30 additional questions across several conversation pools including: Alexia at home, Alexia at the beach and Stepdad at home.
- More general Alexia conversations about the player, Summer City, Greg, relationships, and how their relationship with each other is changing.
- More X-Change-specific Alexia conversations dealing with the player’s appearance, behavior, femininity, identity, and how comfortable both of them have become with the transformation.
- More Alexia beach conversations covering things like swimwear, attention from other people, spending time together, swimming, sunscreen, and follow-ups to the volleyball events.
-
More context-aware Alexia follow-ups to existing events, including:
- Alexia catching the player masturbating.
- Alexia catching the player with Greg.
- The allowance/shower blowjob arrangement.
- Alexia catching the player having sex with Bruce.
- The player/Alexia/Bruce threesome.
- Beach volleyball win/loss outcomes.
- Expanded Greg/Stepdad conversations about family life, the move to Summer City, Alexia, X-Change, how protective he is of the player, and how his relationship with the player develops.
- More context-aware Greg conversations tied to events he has personally seen or reacted to, including outfit-specific moments such as the secretary look and red dress.
- Relationship-dependent dialogue using Friendship, Respect, and Attraction, with Default, High Friendship, Flirty, and Poor relationship variants where appropriate.
- More stat and event requirements so personal or suggestive conversations only appear when they make sense.
- Native Charm/d20 checks on certain risky, teasing, or flirtatious responses.
- Some dialogue choices can directly influence other player values, such as Femininity.
A Quick Note
This is my first mod, so please bear with me. I’m still pretty new to modding and learning as I go, so there may be some mistakes, rough edges, or things I’ve overlooked. Feedback and bug reports are very welcome, especially if you can explain what went wrong and how to reproduce it.
