[XCL] Palais Royale 0.0.1e

This adds a casino where you can spend your hard earned escort money. 

This is a work-in-progress and at best a MVP.

I've implemented slots, baccarat, and Texas hold'em. It's functional, reasonably stable but far from feature complete; eg no story elements and such.  I would love to get some feedback on the general idea and some extra play-testing would be awesome. You can currently only visit the casino in the evening. If you're interested my backlog is in the zip file.

• This is designed by myself and coded with help from Gemini, I'd like to think about half and half
• All images are either found using Google or AI generated but are only placeholders: they will all be eventually swapped out.
• I always have my audio off so there's no audio for now
• I'm on 0.25.6 currently
