Meet Peter Parker, owner of The Bendover Inn. He had a dream from an early age to own his own motel and when his wealthy grandparents passed he was the sole heir and he could realise his dream. He bought the run down motel and slowly transformed it to a small haven for gay tourists. You will usually find him at the front desk or just walking around the grounds talking to guests and staff. He likes to party and he throws a lot of them at his motel and they are usually packed with the "inn" crowd in town.
He has traits from both WW and Achemists Kinky Expansion so if you want to keep those you need to have those mods installed. If you dont the game will alert you that aspirations and traits have been removed but you can just give him what you want in that case.
He comes dressed in MOST categories so NSFW!
