This lot is on Optimist's Outlook in Newcrest. Basement is the butler sleep pod room. First floor is a lounge/brothel with a back area for residents. Second floor is living, kitchen, laundry, and dining. Third is a center playroom, bedrooms, bathrooms, a small workout room, a sauna, and an office/library. Technically there are 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. There is A LOT of custom content in this build and I screenshot the lists for reference. I think all of the custom content is free at this point and you can find it either on Patreon or here on LL.
