Joshua was recently kicked out of his rental by his evil landlord so for now he is renting a room at Shane & Ilyas house. He likes it there but he wants a home of his own. He works hard and saves up money so he will get wish soon. He has the daddys boy trait so if you dont have that installed it will be removed when you import him, just give him the aspiration you want.
