Well, nobody asked for this, many will cringe at it, and some will cherish it forever.
Here she is, folks! Rouge in Sonic Mania! NAKED!!!
You heard right! Due to a fortunat--I mean, UNfortunate event on Angel Island, Rouge is on a mission to find her clothes and uncover the mystery of the Phantom Ruby!
Also, be sure to watch all the cutscenes! They all contain some extra "goodies"!
Also, I've attached an edited version of Megamix Mania that is compatible with the Rouge mod. If you use it, make sure the Rouge mod is ABOVE Megamix Mania in the mod loader, unless you're using RSDKLoader.

Updated both the Rouge mod and the Megamix edit to have correct super palettes. Only just now realized they were never properly edited.
