So you thought that when you bought Breezehome, this house was empty? Well, you're completely wrong!
Breezehome wasn't inhabited because no one wanted to live there, as associated with this house is a very special housekeeper, Grelda, Grelod's twin sister.
She only stops being grumpy after having sex. If she's still grumpy, it's because her performance wasn't very good. Try again.

Warning! I I highly recommend that this mod be used simultaneously with the Sexlab Romance mod for Skyrim LE
If you don't do this, Grelda won't have any dialogue options for you to interact with her. And yes, that's the only dialogue option available. I'm sorry, but I couldn't find any other recorded dialogue options in the Creation Kit that would be possible to use while keeping Grelod's voice.
