For BHUNP body preset i recommend "Hardass Warrior".

Requires: Faster HDT-SMP, High Poly Head, Race Compatibility (old, not SKSE).
Playable Jill Creation: Pick Jill Valentine Race, load Jill Valentine Preset, enjoy. If face looks strage, import the Jill Valentine Head Sculpt.
Follower Location: Hall of the Dead (Whiterun) or console command: help Jill -> player.placeatme [Jill number id] Or Modex.
