About This File
This is a very simple Lot trait mod for the sims 4.
It marks a lot as an adult club and provides a buff called "whoa mama!" that makes your sims flirty and gives a buff to romance relationship building.
The buff also increases the FUN need.
This mod is veeery simple as it is my first try with ModConstructor.
I'd appriciate help and criticism and / or ideas.

Reworked spawn logic: Now only Young Adult to Elder Sims spawn on the lot.
Added a minor want and fear set.
