[XCL] [0.21] Mutatio Static Efficiency & No Spoilage 1.0.0

This mod simply makes it so your Essence never spoils, and extraction efficiency never goes down. Your 500th extraction will still yield as much Essence as the first one did.

Should be safe to add and remove mid-save, but haven't had time to test it yet, should be able to do that later today.

Known issues:

• The text will still say it's only x% efficient, but you can safely ignore it. If you look at how much Essence is extracted, you'll note it's always 100%
• There are sometimes rounding issues, so on occasion the Essence extracted is actually 100% - 1 point

Compatibility:

Unsure. Mods that make changes to Mutatio (like Pregmod) may have issues, haven't tested it.
