Cloak - Sillysims 1.0.0

Cloak I made. It was meant to go over clothes but, it is pretty tightly fitted so it only works with tops that very minimally edit the base mesh.

There are some issues with unnatural deformation when a sim moves their arms but, this being the first piece of custom mesh CAS CC along with its unusual shape, I unfortunately wasn't able to iron out all of the issues.
