[XCL] [0.20.2] XCL Pill Sales Dynamics 0.20.2

Adds pill shortages to your office sales job, providing occasional incentives to select different pills than you would ordinarily want to sell. How often the shortages occur can be configured (from constant but changing shortages, to a new shortage approximately every month). Shortages can be for: a single pill (Goodgirl Petite, Ready-Maid, or SECRET-ary), two SWP pills, all of Instagirl's pills, all of WANGL's pills, or rarely, all pills except Dumb Bitch will be unavailable. The duration of shortages varies, depending on random chance and the type of shortage. Sometimes a shortage will be serious and will require up to an additional week more than usual to clear up. With this, you can no longer be safe to constantly sell Goodgirl Petites and never face consequences or risks in your sales job. It is possible to configure the frequency of new shortages, and configure up to 4 concurrent shortages/situations at a time.

This doesn't generally increase the difficulty of the game on its own, unless you increase to multiple situations at a time, but combined with the Mean Leads mod, your sales job has the potential to get much more difficult.
