[XCL] Dick size selector 1.0.0

Compatible with 0.20.7 - The next XCL update will allow the player to choose its dick stats, which will turn this mod obsolete.  Thanks everyone for downloading.

Allows the player to choose it's own dick length, girth and ball size in the beginning of the game.

The game will still generate a random size based on the player's archetype and masculinity, in case the player still wants to use them.
