Chantel Sparks 1.0.0

Chantel was inspired by the 1968 song "Eyes of a New York Woman," which I guess gives away my age a little.  She is currently a Paralegal studying to be a prosecutor in Newcrest, and is enjoying her life in San Myshuno.
