this build was inspred by the "Whole Lot" build i found here
this is a residental lot, it comes with some features, the upper levels are "kinda" vanilla, the lower levels are not. I created the deepest level as an Recording Studio (red dot marks the spot), left room posing/recording, right room requisite warehouse. The rest should be self explanatory
