Your food stall NPC neighbour

 Make every sims special 

Separate into two zip files , can use program like 7zip(install then right click on my file) to decompress it.

It seems like I had remake a girl from NPC which let her kept a hidden trait for work in a food stall.  And she got high probability to appear every time I play. Even set her as played sims won't overwrite that trait...As least it's work in my game (º﹃º)... so if bored about those random npc, than you can try her out.
