You will need to place this folder in the data/music portion of skyrim se please enjoy and I don't take any credit for anything just thought I would create a mod for those who want to switch up their music at the main menu. You must create a New Folder Called Special. Place the music mod into that folder and put it in the music folder that is inside the Data folder of Skyrim SE
