Inspired from the fantastic work of metalhed13.
How to install it ?
Data ==> SKSE ==> Plugins ==> CharGen ==> Presets
Use RaceMenu v3. During character creation (or using "showracemenu" command with the console) go to "Presets", press F9, select my preset and it's done !

22/09/2015 : new preset - changed eyes color and reshaped a little the face.
