Male Silhouette with Penis Wall Decal 2.0.0

This update involves several changes.

I noticed that there were visual issues with the white decals so I removed those. I tried to fix the issues but for some reason, the white in game was blurring. I sharpened the black decals and added new silhouettes. Now this decal set has 14 swatches.
