You need the newest REDELBE_2.9! Just drop the KAS KEYS folder from the zip file to the layer2 folder. I uploaded WHISTLE.zip file that was braking to a jacket that I can't find now? I think all you needed was to duplicate the file in the Character folder with an A at the end MIL_COS_002a.g1m....
