Recently I downloaded a Sim made by Shandy Sweetz named Dianne Saldana. I loved the short backstory given to this character and after adding her to my current game I couldn’t help but build a story around her. After messaging Shandy Sweetz we began sharing ideas and we began expanding the story together through PM.
Using the amazing Basmental Gangs as my starting base I have created the four gangs of Simsville with buildings and backstories. I hope you like them and please find their backstories below.
This first upload is the Newcrest Thugs and the Whores who work for them. I have added all the CC I have used on these Sims but have left out Whicked Whims, Basmental Drugs, Basmental Gangs and Nisa’s wicked Perversions as most of you will already have these Mods. I have also left out CC exclusives by Kritical's Patreon e.g. Brainwashing Machine

Backstory:
10 years ago, crime in Simcity was controlled by one man, Mr. Saladana, the KingSim of Crime but after a task force closed down his operations and drove him into hiding, his criminal empire splintered. The gangs that he united now seek to topple each other and Saldana himself is in hiding.
As a member of the Fifteenth Street Gang, Vaughn Staton was well aware of who Mr. Saldana was but he would not meet the man himself until the day before he went into hiding. Over the months it had become clear that the police were cracking down on all of Sladana’s dealings and the KingSim’s men had started to turn on him.
At a meeting of the 15th Street Gang, a meeting where their leader had chosen to oppose Saldana as well and Vaughn had been one of a small number to speak against this action. The leader of the Fifteenth Street Gang, Carl Bennett, saw Saldana’s empty throne as a chance to seize power and with the largest gang behind him believed he could overthrow the other two.
As he was leaving Vaughn was approached by Saldana, he had heard everything that was said at the meeting and wanted to offer Vaughn the opportunity to prove his loyalty by taking territory in Newcrest.
That night, with a group of like minded members Vaughn established the Newcrest Thugs and they set out on a bloody night of murder to take the warehouse district. Those that were loyal to Bennett in Newcrest were butchered and soon young members of the 15th Street Gang abandoned their leader and joined this new group.
Today Vaughn runs a gang that deals in Drugs and Prostitution. The 15th Street Gang has managed to keep them from expanding but the Thugs have the largest number of Enforcer’s that makes crushing this gang a true challenge.
Newcrest Members:
Vaughn Staton
Vaughn was a run away at young age and he has lived on the streets of Newcrest for longer than he can remember. He has been a thief, enforcer and drug runner for the 15th Street Gang since he was a teenager. This life has brought him into conflict with not only the police but the other gangs as well. Vaughn only respects one authority however, the rule of Saldana, the KingSim of crime and the man that gave him purpose. His loyalty to Saldana is why he runs the Newcrest Thugs unchallenged.
Vincent Keeling
Vincent has always believed he should be in charge of the Newcrest Thugs and he can often be found daydreaming about when he will be in command. Left in charge of the Hookton Storage facility and the whores that work there he has become cruel to those that work under him. He believes this job was given to him to keep him busy and away from the running of the Thugs.
Harold Haskins
The second in command of the Newcrest Thugs, Harold is the heart and soul of the gang. He is the man who others look up to and a friend to every member. He has little respect for the whores that work at Hookton Storage but this is because he is immune to their charms. Harold is secretly gay.
Colin Crowley.
This gang member believes that he is something special and has a short attention span when it comes to anything but himself. He was a thief by trade but when he stole from the Simkuza he was forced to join the Newcrest Thugs for protection.
Irving Dadler
Another thief working for the Newcrest Thugs, Irving cannot help himself stealing everything that isn’t nailed down. That might have been useful in establishing the gang but now it is a liability that Vaughn Staton is losing patients with.
Larson Kimble
Larson is addicted to either gaming or drinking, two things that feed his anger. He is cruel to both members and whore but that is because they take his attention away from his addictions.
Korey Creech
Born and raised on the islands of Sulani, Korey has never revealed why he had to leave, all anyone knows is that he lives in newcrest in exile. He enjoys torturing whores and has almost killed a few. This man is truly ugly on the inside.
Junior Hurst
Son of the a renowned criminal and one of the heads of La Costra Simstra, Robert Hurst, but Junior is nothing like his father and is desperate to make a name for himself. He is very clumsy and has caused the Thugs a whole host of problems but Saldana has ordered Vaughn to keep him close. While Junior looks good now he eats to control his growing depression.
Hookton Whores:
Tammy Horner
Tammy’s biggest mistake was falling for the wrong man. She was a nerd who enjoyed anime and comic con and he was a gamer with a youtube channel but... he was also the god-son of Saldana. No one seemed to mind that they were dating and she often stayed at their home. One night however, she came down in the night to find Saldana in the living room, he had secretly come to visit. Before she could even react men grabbed her and she was taken away.
Tammy has been a prisoner and hooker of the Newcrest Thugs ever since.
Mary-Lou Gifford
Mary-Lou once dreamt of studying law and following in her fathers footsteps as a prosecutor, she was all set to go off to university when they came for her. Newcrest Thugs had been given orders to kidnap Mary-Lou once she turned eighteen. Her father was the lead prosecutor in the cases brought against Saldana and their family had been threatened many times during these cases. Saldana’s revenge was to wait until this man’s daughter was old enough to have hopes and dreams before destroying her life.
Billie-Jean Dunbar
Billie-Jean was a reporter and had the biggest story of the century, the identity of the KingSim of Crime. Before she could go to print however the very newspaper she worked for was bought out by Saldana. He quickly fired her. When she arrived home she found that she had been evicted, Saldana had bought the building. He bought her bank and soon she learned her account had disappeared leaving her penniless. Lastly he gave her parents fake evidence that she was a whore so that they would not take her calls.
When she found herself at her lowest Saldana appeared in person and told her he would never rest until her life was destroyed or she could become a real whore working for him.
Bobbie-Mae Byrne
Bobbie-Mea was the wife of a police officer, she was happily married and was hoping to fill her home with the sound of children but when her husband was killed she vowed revenge against Saldana and appeared on every talk show she could, crying out for justice.
One night however Bobbie Mae got into a limo sent by the studio, she remebered that it was a long drive and she closed her eyes to rest for a few seconds. When she opened them again she was a “guest” of the Newcrest Thugs and has been a prisoner and hooker ever since.
Sasha Bullard and Riley Waite
Sasha and Riley may in fact be the most tragic of all the Hookton whores because unlike the others they chose this life. Both were party animals seduced by sex and drugs and they quickly followed the men that could get them more. They are not even kept prisoner because the Thugs know that these two girls will always come back to get another fix.
Newcrest Thugs Territory:
Background:
The true reason that Mr. Saldana wanted the Newcrest Thugs to secure the warehouse district was for one Unit in Hookton Starage Facility building. Some years ago Saldana had moved a large amount of money there as insurance in case he ever found his assets seized. The paperwork was in his wife’s name and the building was always occupied by gang members loyal to him.
When the 15th Street gang chose to oppose him however he knew that this building was no longer secure. If the gangs would no longer respect what was his they might open this storage unit and take his nest egg.
For this reason Saldana empowered the Newcrest Thugs and has trusted them to protect this property.
Vaughn Stanton has no idea why Saldana wants this district but he is a loyal soldier to the Simpin and has not questioned the order. He has instead made the most of the situation and converted the buildings into lucrative businesses.
Hookton Storage
Since that first day that they took Hookton Storage the large doors on the right side of the building have never been closed and whores patrol outside them day and night. Blow-up-beds have been set up but the rooms are mostly decorated with the items that were in them. Saldana asked him not to touch those units that were still on the books and so those have remained sealed.
Hookton Gym
Next door to Hookton Storage, Vaughn Staton has built a very exclusive Gym with premium members allowed access to yoga and the very best equipment. Below ground however the building houses luxurious spa’s that are free to use, their use however has a very different purpose. The Newcrest Thugs use the steam to water canabis plants hidden in the basement and the power generated by the spa to cover that they are using a great amount of energy for lighting and warmth.
Newcrest Nights
This Night Club has quickly become very popular with celebrities frequenting the establishment and only Simcities hottest DJ’s working the booth. But there are whispers that it is not safe to visit this club and that women should beware accepting an invitation to the exclusive club below. There the Newcrest Thugs drug women and put them in prison cells to await their fate. From here they shipped to The Foxxx Hole to either become high class strippers or cheap whores.
Hook-Ten Bowling
The heart of Vaughn’s criminal empire and the meeting place for the Newcrest Thugs, Hook-Ten bowling is where the various gangs meet to discuss peace between them. Despite being next to a strip club (or more likely because its next to a strip club) this building is often full of teenagers bowling throughout the day and this gives the hideouts a protection that the police cannot ignore.
Vaughn is taking no chances however and along with a helipad on the roof he has an emergency exit built into his safe that leads to the basement.
The Foxxx Hole
At the Foxxx Hole the dancers are dressed as sexy bunnies, but they have no need to strip as everything is already on show. The main floor has a bar, pole dancers, lap dancers, a VIP room and more. Upstairs guests can enjoy fantasy rooms where nothing is off limits for the right price. Little do guests know however that they are being recorded in these rooms by the multiple cameras behind the mirrors.
The true Foxxx Hole is hidden below ground however and accesible from the rear of the building. Below ground women are strapped into holes in the wall where they can be fucked for very little money. These women are kept in a nearby cell and if nothing changes they may never see sunlight again.
Hidden away from everyone is an extra secret that Saldana himself is funding. When women are first brought to the facility they are forced to go through a experiments conducted by a sadistic doctor in the hopes of erasing their memories and altering their personalities.
Saldana is attempting to perfect the technology in the hopes that he can alter his wife’s memories and restore her love for him.
In the Basement of each building is a tunnel that is meant to be the escape route for the five buildings with Hookton Storage on one end and the Foxxx Hole on the other.

Hi all
I have added a new buildings and updated the Storage Facility. The file is an all in one with the Tray and Mods for all five buildings.
I will be editing the page (probably tomorrow now) to add the names of all the CC creators to the top of the page rather than add them here. There is a lot of CC in this file.
They are meant to be set up in a row in newcrest on Ridgeline Drive.
