"MD_shirt" contains a simple top with two swatches (Mommy and Daddy version).
"CD shirt" contains a simple shirt with two swatches ("Just an avarage good girl" and "Cum dump")
The textures of the Shirts have been edited by me (Using: Adobe Photoshop)
But the model is the same as a Base Game T-shirt.
