My Prince heavily screw up on the job this morning. It all started when we arrived at the work. After the short briefing with his team he, Fran and my Ivy had disciplinary conversation with student from reception who was on practical work and who was very impolite to one of the guests. During the conversation, my Prince received a call from the chief of food and grocery supplies storage for immediate intervention. He let Fran and Ivy to finish conversation with undisciplined student and he went to the storage. The reason why Ivy didn’t go with him is because they didn't finish conversation and she will protect Fran if the student will be mean and disrespectful toward him. We don’t know the details how it all happened but, my Prince and Ivy came to my boss’s office very sad. Ivy had her eyes swollen from crying. He handed the white envelope, official smartphone, car keys and his Bluetooth to his boss and with very sad voice he said: “I’m sorry, dad …. I failed you.” and left the office. Boss and I were in great shock. He called him to return and talk to him but my prince just kept going walking. Ivy and I ran after him. We stopped him and I asked him to tell me what is going on. He looked at me very sadly and quietly said:

- Ivy and boss will tell you. It’s all in my resignation letter.

RESIGNATION LETTER?!?!?! I was shaken and in unbelief. He asked us to leave him alone and to return to our duties.

We returned to the office and we saw boss’s face very sad and with the tears in his eyes. He has read the letter and told me to read it too. I took it and I have read that my Prince resigned from all positions in the Hotel because he had sexual affair with gipsy lady from the frozen food storage during working hours. Ivy told me that the boss called him because she quarreled with him about taking (smoke) break longer than she should. Since it wasn’t the incident for security intervention, he called my Prince. How she managed to seduce him, it is a mystery to us, but they had sex in the workers’ wardrobe. Fran and I saw her earlier. She is gorgeous and we knew that if my Prince will see her, he will fail. Unfortunately for him, he didn’t know it was her who caused the problem, for if he did, he wouldn’t go there but will send Ivy and Fran. It wouldn’t be a problem at all if that happened after their working hours, but both of them broke the Hotel rule about not having intimacy during working hours. And also, he broke our rule that we will not have sex with hotel workers. His failure broke his heart. But, since he is very principle and he keeps his word, he resigned although nobody saw them. He said and promised to Hotel workers if he ever breaks any Hotel rule he will immediately resign. The gypsy lady was immediately dismissed by Fran and she was escorted from the Hotel by security guard.

My Prince’s failure and resignation hit us all very strong. My boss tried to call him on his private phone wanting to tell him that he is forgiven and wants him back, but my Prince turned off the phone. Ivy and I started to cry and boss although being shaken as well, comforted us. Ivy called Antonio and asked him to try to track my Prince and make sure he doesn’t do anything stupid and I called our parents to go to our house in the case he shows up and watch on him. I didn't tell them anything about the incident but only that he is very disturbed and sad. Boss said to Ivy that he wants to talk to my Prince if he finds him. We couldn’t leave our duties because there is a lot of things to do. But we were all sad and quiet. Hearing what happened (because rumors spreads fast), Prince’s team and friends were also in the great shock and sad. Lidija, Tina and few other girls cried heavily.

Some hour and so later, Guy 4 found him and he and Antonio drove him to the Hotel. Antonio called his friends in the police, military and from other security agencies giving them Prince’s description and asking them to inform him if anyone sees him. Somebody saw him and report it to him. Guy 4 went to pick him up. When Ivy and I saw him we showered him with kisses and hugs saying we love him. Guy 4 said that my Prince walked on the streets aimlessly with bent head and being very sad. My boss hugged him firmly and kissed his cheeks few times saying he loves him. When we all sat my boss told him that he appreciates and respect Prince’s act complimenting his honesty, morality and principality. But, he told him that he is forgiving him and wants him back on the work. My Prince couldn’t accept his offer saying that it wouldn’t be fair toward all dismissed workers who broke Hotel rules. So they both “played” push & pull and my Prince “won”. He stood up and said that he is very sorry again, but the rules must be obeyed and followed. Before he left the office he asked us to not to follow him or try to make him change his again because it will make him angry and he can’t guarantee about his actions because he is very tensed already.

My Ivy and I blasted in cry and Antonio, boss and Guy 4 comforted us. We hardly calmed. They will try to find the way to get him back to the work. None of us has any successful solution or proposal for we know how stubborn and principled he is when he decides something. I must go back to work now but my thoughts are with him. Can’t wait to see him and I hope he will not fall into deep depression because I know how hard he handles his own failures and disappointments in himself. The most painful thorn in his heart now is the feeling that he failed and disappointed our boss who loves him as his own son. If you don’t see him (and most probably me) on LL for some time, now you know the reason why.

I appeal on those of you who sees my Prince as yours LL friend; please, be with him in your thoughts and support him for he suffers a lot now.
