Should definitely follow it's advice. When I run into issues like this I usually do 3 things.

- Uninstall then Re-install the mod in question. (Shouldn't take longer than a few seconds to do).  

- Verify the Integrity of the Game Files (Using Steam). Then re-cleaning them with TESEdit.  

- Reload the game from a "Clean Save". (To see if it's my save file that's corrupted).

- When all else fails, I uninstall then reinstall the game...all my presets are saved so it's just a matter of loading a clean save then loading the character.

What did you intentionally update / install, and what did this unintentionally? I believe there was a Java update yesterday / today.

You said you tried to load a "new save game" but is that save game a "clean save"? Meaning a save made before any mods were installed.

You said you did not install any mods but did you uninstall any? Uninstalling a mod and then trying to load a save game that used that mod will often result in crashes.

The error message you're receiving mentions that the CreatureFramework API was not found. This would suggest that the mod was either uninstalled or not installed properly. I'm not sure what mod that is but I think I remember FNIS having a plugin for creatures. Whatever it is, I think that's your starting point.

Poor Suns. That is the life of who loves skyrim. A love-hate tragedy. I already spent hours and ours trying solve bugs. Until now my skyrim is ok. Because I dont rest until the enemy (bug) is dead!
