How do I install Sexout?

How do I install sexout and where do I start? There's so extremely many threads and a lot of sticky threads that I don't know what to do or where to start or how to do stuff after I've installed it.

Well, I did everything in that framework tutorial and installed one plugin and now the game crashes in the loading screen to start the game.

Is it a crash at the beth logo? Then that means one of the mods you installed is missing a master or the master is below the one requiring it to be above it in the load order.  Download and run FNVedit and let it run if it stops look and see what error is list and fix it and close it and run it again. http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/34703/?

How do I see the error log after installing FNVedit?

If you install FNVEdit correctly. You can start FNVEdit --> press ok. And on the right side you should see the log being written.
