I actually found a bandaid. Using the LL sex diary spell and changing body type to 'fem boy' from within the diary menu made the distortion go away. Along with the other NPC's/creatures already functioning this looked like it resolved the visible glitching

 

I'll sort the load order and replace CM with MCS and report any perf and stability improvements

Only summoned creatures have penises for me. What do I have to do to have wild creatures have penises as well?

 

Oh and just to cut off anyone whose about to yell at me to use the search function I did for both penis and dick and got zero results both times. Now that's almost certainly wrong but not much I can do about it.

Yes only summon creatures have dicks.

You have installed LAPF? Installed it first !

Then you install LoversCreatures and let it overwrite some LAPF files.

Do you have the right load order?

 

And of course you have OBSE, Pluggy installed. All requirements for the Lovers sex system.
