  1. Uploaded a couple of shoe meshes to smutbase, they are intended for the models distributed there but if you now your way around ‘non-destructive modeling’ adapting them to another game/engine should be “easier” than their TS3 equivalent (sans textures).

I’m not leaving the sims 3 modding scene but I had to confess that watching my creations in “high-res” is very refreshing and I will look into uploading some more.

  4. Sadly nothing is easy for this game… well, stockings and some accessories without morphs (like earrings) are “easy”, the rest require patience, a lot of it. In this case you would need to separate the bottom garment from the body, then make it larger by adding extra vertices and that would stretch the textures so that needs dealing with, also it will require new bone paint and morphs, this would be the hardest part. After that you’ll have to replace a collar or any other accessory that uses morphs with the skirt, that should be it. Just remember the game degrades the texture from accessories the more you stack on your sim.

Pants, skirts and whatnot will clip (maybe yoga pants are safe), the same happens with bottoms made for MedBod 1.9 because there’s little distance between garment and body (the original wasn’t compatible either, just saying) Credits: Original mesh and textures are a property of Electronic Arts Submitter JoshQ Submitted 03/15/2024 Category The Sims 3 Requires

  7. @JoshQ have you created anything to male Sims?  Like a really huuuge bulge bottom?

Some of them available, as far as I could find, look horrible ingame... :/

Well, the problem is males require their own textures, morphs, bones, etc and I already have a lot of troubles (after all this freaking time…) trying to make stuff for females.

@JoshQ - Reading my own question above, I'm feeling embaraced for not being as polite as I should.

I want to thank you VERY MUCH for all your creations - they are marvelous!  Those boots, shoes, underwear... are stuning in my female Sim.   Everything is perfection!

About what I've asked (about briefs with bulges), I've already found in some random Blogs.

Thanks again for keeping creating for The Sims 3 and have a nice weekend!

  8. Well, I could make “normal” heels but it would require a new mesh for the feet plus adjustment to texture, morphs, the rig and bone painting. In short that project requires time to get it right, time that sadly I don’t have right now.
  9. I remember that pair you’re right both are somewhat similar except for the ankle strap which in mine is way lower for a good reason: bone painting, that area is very tricky to get right.

Obviously that depends on the camera angle and pose/animation but for normal simming should be OK(ish), maybe. Submitter JoshQ Submitted 01/07/2024 Category The Sims 3 Requires

  14. All feedback is appreciated. I still have to convert 20 something pieces of clothing from MedBod 1.5 and below, at the same time I have around 25 projects on hold plus several more on the “ideas” folder. So yeah will have to tackle this slooowly.
  15. View File Medbod 1.9 clothing pack This should be everything made between 2019 and 2023 for the infamous MedBod 1.9, at least according to my last backup. It includes tops, bottoms and full outfits. Some releases came with their own set of accessories those were included too. I’m too lazy to check if everything coincides with the content I posted online if there’s something missing don’t hesitate to tell me and make a backup before overwriting, just in case. Everything is separated in folders with its respective thumbnail. I still have a couple of releases waiting for my procrastination to give up (lolno), whatever I end up making in 2024 and beyond will be added to this pack on a yearly basis. What’s that? You want packs for the Impossible Heels and the rest of my stuff? That will take more time because I’m not as organized for shoes and accessories.
