Tripping/falling and standing up twice

Not sure if this is a bug due to a Sexlab mod or some other, just please bare with me. It's an annoying issue I've had for a long time where my char will trip (with mods like Milk Addict and Sexlab Hormones - Bimbo state) and get up, then immediately trip and get up again, when there should be only one fall. That sometimes breaks not only notifications for the cause of the trip (by the time my char gets up from the second fall they're already gone), but also sexlab animations and all too many times gets her killed because she is picking herself up again when she could've been defending herself. Any idea what could cause it?
