myuhinny
In the sexlab MCM there is an even actor height option that should help even it up. There are also manual keys to manually adjust each scene. Link to comment

myuhinny
It's either that or change your players height to whatever works the best as animations were all made for a specific height even actor height might work but it might not always work or it will require you to manually adjust the position of each scene so that they match and it also depends on the terrain. For best result do the sex scenes on the flattest surface you can find. Link to comment

myuhinny
If you look at the controls there is a button to hold down I think it's the CTRL button that if you use it for each scene then those positions will be saved and you shouldn't have to do it again unless the person is a different height from the last person. To do it where it's correct without adjusting you would have to adjust your players height to the correct height. I can't remember what the height was for the player. Link to comment

No, the CTRL button is used to adjust only that stage of the animation. Sans the CTRL key modifier it makes the same adjustment to all stages of the animation. The base problem is that unless you are using the exact same body combinations that the person who originally aligned the animation it will probably have to be tweaked to look right with the body combinations you use and since numerous people have done the alignments for the various animations and each of them has their own preferred body styles loaded you are never going to find a single combination that works for all animations. Bottom line: Everyone has to manually adjust the animations. My suggestion is to turn off the "Auto Advance Stages" option in the Sexlab Framework so the sex act doesn't keep jumping to new stages while you are still trying to adjust the current stage, you can use the Spacebar to manually advance through the stages as you get each one aligned perfectly (Shift-Spacebar will jump back to the previous stage). Once a sex act starts involving the player or you take control of a sex animation for a sex act not involving the player using the "N" key you can use the alignment keys to adjust the animation to look right. Adjusting an animation is usually easiest by using the keys without the CTRL key for the first stage of the animation and often that is the only stage you need to adjust. Some animations do position switches though so for any adjustments to subsequent stages use the CTRL key. One exception is the angle of the penis, it is always specific to each stage so if you have to alter the penis angle you'll probably have to do it for every stage. Also note that some animations rotate the actors in different stages so the keys that move the character left to right in one stage now move the character closer or further away, just a quirk you may have to watch for. Also it's a good practice to use the numpad "3" key to unlock the camera so you can fly it around the animation and make sure it looks as good as you can make it from all angles, you can also use the SUCSM console command to control the speed that camera flys at for better control of it's positioning.
