Read pinned threads, still need help

Okay, I'm really new to modding, have very little idea what I'm doing, but am doing my best. I've looked at all the pinned threads and followed what they say to fix what is going wrong, but haven't had any luck, so I figure it's time to ask for help. 

I don't want to flood this page with words, but I do have a LOT.

 

I started a new save file after installing LoveLab and other mods. I noticed that on the character creation screen, some of the words sorta merged into the sliding bars, but it seemed to fix itself so I ignored it. While I was escaping from the dragon, I was hit by something and it made my character go a bit crazy. I though I got killed because my character fell down then did this goofy ragdoll thing (made me think there was a problem with a mod somewhere) and just stood up and I was fine. Also before I was hit I was in first-person, then it went to third while my body went weird, and after it was over I was back in first. I escaped from the dragon, was told to go to Riverwood, and started exploring a little bit. I found an NPC, saved my game, and started a sex scene to see what it looked like. First, I noticed that the NPC's mouth didn't move (no big deal, I don't care), but then the NPC's voice never came. The conversation choices looked fine and worked when I clicked them, but there was no voice. I let things play out and the sex scene started...sorta. Clothes vanished, we faced one another, then the NPC teleported inside my character and they were just standing in the same spot naked with moaning.

On one of the pinned tabs, it mentioned running GenerateFNIS_for_Users.exe and making sure it said "Reading SexLab" which I didn't see.

I saw:

I also have my Papyrus.0.log which is 180KB that I can't make heads or tails of.

 

I have run Loot and it says I have 8 warnings, 2 errors, and 7 dirty plugins. I'm afraid that if I try to fix things, since I don't know what I'm doing, I'll just mess things up further.

 

It is obvious I have issues, but I am at a loss how to fix them. If I'm missing something obvious that has been previously posted or I just need to follow the pinned threads again and stop over thinking things, I'm sorry for the bother and thanks.

Based of your fnis output, it looks like you haven't installed your fnis properly.

ok as LazyBoot said FNIS is not properly installed.  if you are use MO (Mod Organizer) the mod page (on nexus) has directions for how to install it.

also if using MO you have to run FNIS from within MO or it will not work correctly.  when you run FNIS and get any warnings or errors it means FNIS has

not run correctly.  you must find and fix these issues and re-run FNIS or animations will not work right in the game.

 

your load order is a bit out of order (use the LOOT standalone version to sort it). XPMSE is correctly placed (it should always be near the end of load order so that nothing overwrites it).

most of the problems I see in your load order should be fixed by running the standalone LOOT.

 

a conflict that I see happening is that you have both AFT (Amazing Follower Tweaks) and UFO (Ultimate Follower Overhaul) installed. they WILL conflict with each

other (choose just one of those).

 

you also have NetImmerse Override and Racemenu  installed. if you have the latest version of Racemenu you do not need NetImmerse Override (it is included in Racemenu).

Note, there is a FNIS 7 Beta. I've been using it fine.

 

Is that your actual load order? If not, and you are using LOOT, you will find it in C:\Users\<usrname>\AppData\Local\Skyrim\loadorder.txt

If you aren't using LOOT, do so.

Drat! I forgot to mention, I am using MO and I put the list of my mods in alphabetical not my load order *facepalm*

 

Okay so, FNIS, I installed with MO and run with MO. The output said that the Creature Pack wasn't installed (which I didn't install cause it said it was optional and I didn't want it) and I assumed that was the warning it mentioned. I don't know why it won't recognize LoveLab, so I will uninstall and reinstall...but since I will be using MO to do that just as I did the first time, does that mean it will mess up again or that I did something wrong somehow?

 

I am having a bit of trouble understanding my load order since MO says it has plugins that I don't see in Loot and that really confuses me.

I still have my own archived copy, made from the disc set my ex-wife gave me for a birthday. I had to buy a Steam version because some of the mods and utilities I need simply won't recognize any other version but a Steam version.

the game's install path is far too wrong to be a legit copy, never mind the "??,??":

1. Skyrim never installs into a folder called "The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim".

2. where are the steam folders?

3. who installs a game directly onto the desktop? a shortcut sure, but the full game?

I was trying to add mods to the game and having Skyrim under Program Files was getting annoying, so I just moved it to my desktop and renamed it so I could recognize it easily. It's been working well for me.

I noticed in the first list that you have NonSexlabAnimationPack installed. That has been replaced with SL Animation Loader.

You should also install Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Expansion Plugin (USLEEP)

Beyond that, I'm afraid I'm not much help.

Okay, so I uninstalled FNIS, UFO, and NetImmerse Override. Then reinstalled FNIS and ran GenerateFNISforUsers.exe

Also, (this didn't happen before I uninstalled UFO, NetImmerse, and reinstalled FNIS) been getting lots of blank popups at seemingly random times which are them followed by a popup from Milk Mod Economy. The MME popup notes 2 issues that I don't understand "Plugin: MME.PluginsCheck.sgo Status: Error" and "Plugin: MME.PluginsCheck.uie Status: off"

 

I notice that in the intro before the dragon comes that bound arms are glitching through clothing. I saw an arm fix for FNIS and am wondering if this will fix things. 

 

Additionally, voices before the sex scenes start still do not play.

I had this same problem with my original disc set. Even though its a legal copy, its not from Steam. Pissed me off.

But, I enjoy the game a lot and spent the money to get Steam copies.

Still, while there is no differences between the copies, I would like to play the one I got from my ex-wife. There's a lot of sentimental value, there.

 

Anyway, like I said, there's not much I can do to help beyond this. I don't make mods, just use them and try to fuddle my way through any problems that show up

until you fix this warning a lot of people will believe (whether it is accurate or not only you know) that you are running a pirated copy of Skyrim.

 

like Sarge Misfit I also have the disc version of Skyrim, and just like he did I had to purchase the Steam version to be able to play a modded

Skyrim.  FNIS will NOT work correctly on a non-steam version of skyrim (even if it is a legal copy).  you will have massive trouble getting

anyone to help with problems with this warning (if you can get help at all).

 

my best suggestion at this point is to purchase the Steam version (if it is not that already), and run the game thru the Steam Launcher and play for a while

(I have a savegame made after completing the "Before the Storm" quest that I never delete that I made running the game from the Steam Launcher).

so that other programs that must see it is a valid Steam version will recognize it as such.

Drat! I REALLY don't want to buy another copy of the game, but I'll look into it. I'll see if FNIS will run properly then and if I still have problems, I'll post a new thread asking for help. Thanks so much to everyone who responded, I really appreciate it!
