nosdregamon Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 I have created animations following this tutorial: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/39996-3ds-max-skyrim-video-animation-tutorial/ I currently use the created animations for some furniture animations: With these I have a few problems: My current state of mod has been attached, ZaZ is required and all furnitures are found in Dragonsreach at the lab of the court mage. 1. The camera is locked while using the furniture. I can't switch between third/first person and the zoom is locked. Does anybody know how this bug occurs? is there a known workaround? I'm using immersive first person, which might interefere. 2. The animations looks only OK work for scale=1 NPCs. Is there an option to scale the using actor? I tried attaching the keyword "RaceToScale" but it doesn't look like it helps. [EDIT: Solved] 3. Lastly I've created a quite tame animation, but upon clicking the "containing" chair the character only pauses for a short moment, can anybody take a look what I did wrong? Solution: Use the right keyword. [/EDIT: Solved] xHangingChandelier.zip
Feliks Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 the zip file doesn't contain an esp, only meshes and behavior files. If you've been modding through MO (judging by the meta.ini) make sure you get all of the files for your mod out of the overwrite folder.
nosdregamon Posted February 6, 2017 Author Posted February 6, 2017 You're right. It was in the overwrite-folder. I updated the file.
Feliks Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 So I haven't figured anything out, but I'm also by no means skilled at animations in Skyrim, but hopefully this reply will bump the thread until someone with more knowledge can check it out.
nosdregamon Posted February 7, 2017 Author Posted February 7, 2017 I noticed, what's wrong with the last animation: I used a wrong keyword. One Problem down, two to go. Could anybody notice the locked camera? And if so: Do you use "Immersive first Person view"?
