 I want to know if we are able to add highlights to hairs in fallout?

I'm sure my hair is just glitching out right now, but it looks amazing.

I think adding this kind of custom hair would require you to physically alter the textures.

There's a race which has two colors on hairs, if you are interested - Mojave Delighted, the add-on for Mojave Delight. I don't recall which race specifically, I think it's Emo race.
