As Quick As you like Not Working!

I've gotten to the bit in as quick as you like where you have to get checked by the carriage driver guy. Only when I'm prompted to go stand in the open space I just get stuck and he doesn't come check or anything. I have all the necessary mods so any idea whats up?

you should probably post in the mod's thread itself.  also the mod was never finished as far I can remember.  I think you have pretty much reached the end of what has been made.  You will need to go back to a previous save if you want to continue the game doing other things.
