Building a new rig, would like some help!

I don't really know if this is the right spot or not to put this but move it when you'd like so I'll know next time. Anyways lets get down to business.

My current computer is the absolute worst to have in this generation and especially for gaming. I have a HP 320 TouchSmart.

Inside:

Cpu: AMD A4 2.7ghz Duo core cpu

Ram: 4gb (Its going out that's what made me just buckle down and decide to build my own anyway)

GPU: AMD Raedon 6400D (Not dedicated) 512mb vram.

Pretty much sums up my computer.

Now my budget for my replacement is 700 big ones, so any changes in my build would have to try and be below this price please.

My build:

Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131872&cm_re=Asus_M5A97-_-13-131-872-_-Product

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113286&cm_re=AMD_6300-_-19-113-286-_-Product

Ram: 8GB

PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438012

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147153(I'm very picky about the case, not because of sex appeal but I will OC my cpu and gpu so I need some good air flow!)

AM Heatsink for OC: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099

GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202139

Wireless adapter: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833704133(I would love to just go ethernet but my current setup in my house does not allow that So! I'm buying a mid tier wireless adapter. if anyone could tell me how important the top speed for the adapter is to how much speed I'm getting in reality, that would be great.)

DVD/CD drive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827151279(Nothing special, was gonna skip this but I need something load my OS and drivers for gpu and cpu so meh)

HDD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148840

Monitor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824160269(Can't spend much here but will maybe upgrade within a year idk, explain to me how a monitor effects my graphics, fps and stuttering of other things. Is this a good monitor?)

Keyboard and mouse: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823129032(Nothing special here)

So besides the little notes I have beside certain pieces I want to know a lot about this CPU, GPU and Motherboard. Are they good in todays games? Will they keep me going for at least 2-3 years before switching and will they play well with each other with no problems. What kind of FPS am I looking at in today and tomorrows games.

Because I'm on this site, I'm looking for examples with Skyrim, I don't use sex mods but I would like to use ENB, Heavy script mods, like frostfall and Need mods. Texture mods and the like.

How will this set up do with games that's just coming out, New witcher, DA: A and finally Fallout 4.

Battlefield 4 or hardline. I just need to know this is a good build for the money I'm putting it on.

The grand total is $711.35. It was 705 but idk why it went up >.> I'll check later maybe something was on sale mehh

Thank you for your time to help me out :)

As two sites with not too bad suggestions.

My tip would be, let such sites recommend a build and then manually browse some forums and look up user experiences (trust is good, control is better). Also try to compare the specs of the suggested item with rivals or the next better or worse of its kind (eg Intel Core i7-6700K is not THAT much better than Core i7-6700 but it's ~70$ diff).

I'd look at getting a SSD rather than a HDD

As to the wireless adapter i'm yet to see any wireless adapter that doesn't lose a lot of bandwidth so I'd suggest getting a powerline adaptor http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=powerline+av500&tag=googhydr-21&index=aps&hvadid=23573239472&hvpos=1t1&hvexid=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=17091523385572817699&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=b&hvdev=c&ref=pd_sl_965uqkdauo_b and going ethernet (i did this and bandwidth tests went from 20MB at my PC to 70+)

Also if you do go for a SSD i'd suggest getting 16 gig of ram rather than 8 as i've read that having a large amount of RAM can increase SSD lifetimes by 40%

Thanks for all the recommendations. I probably don't have the money for a large SSD as I said with the pricing I have a strict budget.

Those SSD's can jump up in price and I can't fork out 100 bucks just for that haha.

I will definitely look into that Powerline adapter and see what it does ty for that xD

As far as getting an Intel CPU, I've heard price for price, AMD is better because Intel is so expensive its not good for an entry level Budget rig. Is this true? Take note of my budget please people >.< I don't have a grand to spend.

EDIT: Okay I'm getting a power line adapter, its hands down just better xD Thank you for hooking me up to this xD I always thought that I would have no way to ever get those ethernet speeds. Thanks!

EDIT: So I picked a powerline adapter ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833704165) My price actually went down for the overall rig and is back to the 705 grand total mark so you actually saved me money and I got a better product! Ty! This is why its good to talk to the tech community just in case I'm missing something. This is my first build so I'm very excited. Thank you guys!
