HDT not working, anyone know why?

Anyone able to help me get HDT working on my armor mods? i have all of the items i need (that i'm aware) yet the armors do not have any HDT to them, i'm using CBBE body mesh, got the armor mod i need and the HDT plug in yet it doesn't bounce, even when not in wearing armor.

 

Also does anyone know if there are any mods that add HDT physics to the Immersive armor mod? i want bounce on them aswell as vanilla armor, although said vanilla armor isnt too vanilla like as its CBBE

Armors have to have BBP/TBBP/HDT before they will works if they do not have it then they will not work. Same with the body you need a HDT/BBP/TBBP body before they will bounce.

Out of the box, CBBE doesn't support bouncing.

You have to use Bodyslide to create BBP/TBBP/HDT supported body (Select CBBE BBP/TBBP/HDT Body preset).

 

Also armor need to support BBP/TBBP/HDT if you want it bounce.  Make sure your armor support any.

 

Last, you need BBP/TBBP/HDT skeleton.  XPMSE skeleton recommended.

i have the skeleton already, i didnt use the bodyslide application, i just installed it, does anyone want to give me a quick run through how to install or link me to a forum that will tell me how to do this?

For most CBBE content nowadays, you only get HDT with Bodyslide 2 mods/conversions.

 

You can of course build the basic CBBE shape with BS2, the conversions don't do anything unless you rebuild the outfits.
